So. It's taken me more than a year to figure this out, but Sunday is not a good weigh-in day for me since Friday is my splurge day and my diet is not as good on the weekend as during the week. Since I've been weighing in on Wednesdays anyway, I'm going to post that day instead and just keep Sundays for my reference only. Happy hump day my friends!
