Really like this site and I'm quickly learning how to tailor my diet to balance my food groups better by easily accessing exactly what percentage makeup is in what I eat with just the click of a button. Down with oatmeal I say..well for the most part for me anyway...LOL , I always get jittery and a sugar imbalance by mid morning eating the stuff anyway... Give me meat and eggs or give me death..LOL
