So excited the numbers are going down. Bummer I weighed in at the gym last night cause I'm always lower in the mornings and the weigh ins always have clothes on. Had a few days craving more calories, keeping it around 1100-1300 a day. Making better choices when I do crave more though. Lots of water, water, and water.
