The last month has been unbelievably difficult. Hubby is hugely unwell, and I have been on the road much of the time, so unable to record anything on here. I was unable to weigh food and rather than guess I just stopped.
I am surprised that I only gained a kilo since I weighed last. I have at times lived on sugar, which is so unlike me as I hate sweet. A bit of self harm coming from anger and frustration I think.
Although he is still very unwell it is time to get back to putting myself first and build on the surprisingly favourable (in the circumstances) weigh in.
