Little embarrassed about my gain... it shows that I have not been paying attention to what I am eating. I have not been watching portion control, and I know that, although I am tracking meals, I have been lax on the snacking..... all my fault. Not to mention, my blood sugar this am was up... damn Doritos'!
Add that to the fact that I am unable to walk... my daily steps have dropped by over half. Knees still a problem,,, still waiting MRI... and will be visiting massage therapist next week to see if she can't relieve some of this discomfort, not that I will be walking well again after that, as that was what sent me back after her first attempt to sort this mess out. After 5 days of being pain free, I decided it was safe for a short walk..... 30 minutes... but I was dead wrong... it just sent all her work into the toilet.
So.. June first.... a fresh start and a kick in the pants for me.

Doritos which melted cheese, that's my favorited. Sprinkle some chopped jalapeños, ground beef and onions. Heaven!!! Hope your knees get better.
