I lost 4.8 pounds- but I misunderstood and ate fewer calories than supposed to! But hey I'll take it! but this week I'm going to try to add protein (and more water) and see how it goes. I'm also going to try to step up the exercise. I need a new bike helmet. Then I need to figure out how far some of the walks around campus are. I'm sure somebody in athletics knows!
