I realize that I haven't journaled for a while, nor have I weighed in! Most unusual for me, because I am a chronic scale stepper oner... will wait till Wednesday.. new month... new start. I'm pretty sure things aren't too bad as I haven't been horrible in my eating. But the week has been unusual. Moving day for my sister... and that always means pizza and beer... grandson's 2nd birthday, cake and ice-cream as well as his favourite dinner... spaghetti. I will give myself the two days it takes to combat fluid retention.. then weigh in June 1st.
