Weighed in at 159 last Tuesday. I'm hoping this site will help me keep losing (or at least not gaining) even after the Weight Loss Challenge is over. A couple of thoughts: I don't really believe I need 129 grams of protein every day, though I do believe I haven't been getting enough. And how do I get enough w/o spending a gazillion bucks?
