Reviewed my journal and I think I'm seeing a pattern. Towards the end of every month and the next two weeks I eat more, dont want to exercise, and whine more. This timeframe is pre TOM and then I start getting better again. Now that I'm aware of this I need to put on my big girl panties and DEAL WITH IT. Quit making excuses, quit whining, and keep on track. That ticker isn't going to change colors, that line isn't going to drop lower, and that waist isn't going to get smaller by flapping my gums and laying in bed.
