My eating has been horrid this past week. No excuses, I wanted to do it and I did. Hopefully THAT is over with.... and time to move on. I still won't be able to get to the gym today or tomorrow because of errands and school work but I might still be able to get a walk in later tonight and maybe some yogo in the morning. I have to make a way to keep meeting my goals.

Meh...it happens. At least you acknowledge it. Congrats on the 5k yesterday! That's so awesome!!! That's so inspiring! Oh, and I went out and bought some gum today so that I won't snack at work! Thanks for the advice!!! :)

Thanks Nik. I think I just got discouraged seeing the scale either not move or go up. I'm glad I'm trying to get my head back to right too because I'm no where near happy with where I am yet. I hope the gum works. It takes my mind off of it. I LOVE the Extra Just Desserts gum; mint chocolate chip, apple pie, strawberry shortcake... yummmy!
