So, my diet was smashed today but I feel okay about it. Suprisingly okay about it. I will get back on track tomorrow. It was nice to just not worry about it today. I don't feel stuffed or like I overate, but just that I ate more than normal. The cake was really good, the pizza was not worth it, the cookies were so-so. Next time if I splurg I'm going to make sure that it's on really good meal food and not sweets.
