Went late night nut-so on the snacking last night! Tracked as best as I could. Lot going on. Came home to a busted water pipe and a blue screen computer. Lots of tinkering and repairing. Oh well, what happened last night used to happen damn near every night! (snacking I mean)hee hee. Had some decent exercise calories in the bank. Good run and walk this morning and headed to lunch with wifey.Havent eaten out in quite some time.

hey i dont blame you! looks like you went a little carb crazy but i love carbs. ur diet calender doesnt look all that bad for real. and we can all use the stress relief on occasion. I hope you got it all straightened out!
