So... I've been struggling.... But then again everyone does. I like this site because a lot of you guys are super supportive... Which is nice to know that we are all struggling with similar issues. I know I'm not alone but sometimes it feels this way, I took some of your advice and I began to eat a little and allowed myself to ENJOY some food... But I'm nervous to gain weight... It scares me... Like today I had ritz crackers and it's sitting in my stomache waiting to come out.... But I'm fighting that urge... I just hope that I don't gain weight because that's what this is for... So I can lose(in a healthy way)

I saw an article, Ritz are soooo tasty but they're the worst food to eat! Why not try healthier options like bananas or salads? That might make the upset tummy go away! Best of luck on your journey!
