This is the first day of the rest of my life. My A1C is up to 7.2 and I need to get serious about losing weight if I want to take pills and not end up taking insulin shots.

I'll be slow for a little while due to the surgery on my knee on Wed, but I'll bounce back as quickly as possible. Time to do some physical therapy and walking more.

I must be able to walk on the cruise next month.
