Just checking in. Saying Hi. Mainteneace going well. Eating well, mostly because it just tastes and feels better! Getting Regular exercise, a little bunmmed as cold weather is coming, but I started this journey in Febuary and walked and ran in some pretty bad weather, so I can handle it! (Plus Its a lot easier running in 50 degrees than 95!!!) Good news? My pushups records are being shattered this week. Dont know what it is but reps are suddenly going HIGH! THANKS FOR YOUR SUPPORT BUDDIES. PEACE.
