Happy Hump Day Everyone!!!

I think my TOM is creating havoc on my weight. GRRR.. 3 days before I start I gain 4lbs. I'm down 2.5 of those pounds now. OH TOM TOM TOM how could you do this to me?? LOL

OH WAIT there was also Thanksgiving and a movie date I had with my daughter that resulted in me scarfing down a bunch of nachos.. But nahhhhhhhh couldn't be that!! lol

My daughter ate a KitKat bar in front of me yesterday and I didn't attack her!!!
I've made much progress. I started back here because the last straw was when I got into a fight with my 6 yr old over a Coffee Crisp I had hidden and she found.

Last week when I had the chocolate covered almonds I told my oldest daughter to hide the rest so I couldn't find them. I found them two days ago and still haven't touched them and haven't told her I found them. lol

For a Sugar Junkie that is big stuff!! :)

I AM STRONGER THEN THE SUGAR!!! ROARRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR LOL

Well done! As a revovering sugar addict myself, I know how hard it is. But once you're strong enough to say "no", you know you've overcome a big hurdle and should be proud of yourself. Eating something sweet on my own is still problematic sometimes (today for example! But it's TOM not me!)

Good going staying away from the sweets. That is a difficult one for me too.

You're doing Great! Like the quote at BlueEyedMomOf2 site says, 'Desserts'spelled backwards is 'Stressed'. The more you think about that candy bar that lovely, but vulnerable, child is clutching, the worse your cravings get. RUN! Meditate on something like how losing only one pound of fat is like getting rid of a huge softball-sized android inside your body. LOL. You're a winner. Keep up the good work!
