Another glorious morning (supposed to get colder after today), and I went for a lovely long walk. This is my son's birthday, so we are taking him for a bar lunch before him and I go shopping for "boy's toys". I thought the longer walk would help offset some of the extra calories I will consume today. With my official weigh in tomorrow I need to ca'canny, but at least as designated driver I won't be drinking. Once again, I managed to attain 10000+ steps yesterday. Pleased about that.

Thanks. He is 42 today. 10000 steps is only about 8 Km.

My wife and I are off to see a stage show this evening. It is a comedy, about three elderly cleaning ladies who decide to set up a sex chat line from the offices they clean. Hope it is as funny as it sounds.

Last night's show ("Dirty Dusting") was brilliant. Extremely funny. It was made even more enjoyable due to the audience being 95% women, whose laughter was so infectious. The story revolves round three old lady cleaners who are about to lose their jobs. After receiving a wrong number call to a sex chat line they decide to spend their last weekend running a chat line from the office phones, with hilarious consequences. There are only four cast members, the three ladies and their male boss. The humour wasn't smutty or crude, just very funny. A brilliant evening.
