I began Atkins Induction on Sept 22. Today is Oct 11 and I'm exactly the same weight. I'm going to track all of my food here for the rest of October and see what the heck is going on!!!
105.2 kg Lost so far: 0.5 kg.    Still to go: 44.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I just checked out your entry for yesterday. I think you may be overdoing it on the artificial sweeteners (coke, sugar free drink mixes, splenda in your coffee). You should have a total of 3 sweeteners a day. I know when i overdo the diet soda or jellos or whatever I gain weight or stall out. Also, it will help if you add some veggies in to each meal as well :) I was extremely successful on Atkins a few years back and am starting over again after taking a super long break.

I think you're right. Splenda is the one thing that I haven't cut down on - in fact I've probably increased it since I cut other things out. I'm going to knock them down to 3 a day and see how that goes. Thank you SO much for your advice!!!
