Evening is still my down fall. Tried to be soooo good during the day - and I am - But night falls and I snack. I snack even when I'm not hungry. Maybe I'm bored. If it's in the closet I hear it calling to me. I know I should have it in the house - but I can't deny others because I'm trying to lose weight. I feel I am sabotaging myself.

I have the same issue. To combat that I've pushed back dinner hour. I eat between 7 and 8pm. Go to bed by 10pm. Too full from dinner to snack most nights. Keep low carb snacks on hand if you must snack. Macadamia nuts, sugar free candy/chocolate is better than full sugar snacks (if you are a sweet snacker) If it's salty crunchy you go for, snack on celery with peanut butter, carrots, sunflower seeds.
