While I did go over my calorie intake yesterday ,I don't feel too bad about it as I've been doing a lot of kickboxing. At the end of an hour I'm a giant sweaty puddle,lol. I really don't want to admit to my husband how much I like the Xbox program. He was bugging me for a month to try it. Now I want to fit it in any where i can,lol.
I just finished my hour and am now deciding whether or not to do yard work, house clean m or go for a walk,lol. I'm also looking forward to gym night tonight. I love lifting weights!!
