Somehow in the mayhem of pre and post show activity I lost sight of myself. All too easily done, for me. I put others first. Always have. Character flaw.
Anyway, I put myself first and just fixed my normal proper breakfast Even after the first two mouthfuls I feel energised and invigorated, cherished and nurtured.
I appreciate that a bowl of mushrooms cooked in butter, evoo, red wine and celery, with avocado, sardines and duck egg with a blob of soft cheese on top may not be most folks' ideal breakfast, but it but it sure works for me,
