Don't even want to get on the scale. Bad, bad weekend again. Really depressing that the weight is going in the wrong direction. But it's my own fault - eating things I shouldn't. Not enugh exercise or water. Those 2 sure make the difference. But today is the start of a new week. I've already downed 2 glasses of water - only 8 to go - haha
