Saturday Oct 8th I went out with my family to the Golden Corral. I did really well. I made sure to not waste any earlier carbs on no-nonsense foods. I did go over a bit on carbs but stayed under 1500 calories. I don't know if this information matters, because after we ate I felt awful and went straight to bed. My stomach woke me up about 1:15am and told me it was coming back. I ended up eliminating my entire dinner meal. When I woke this morning I felt tons better, weighed myself and was several pounds lighter. (I'm not logging my weight until tomorrow BTW)

Not sure what happened, maybe ate something that didn't agree or ate too much, since my body is used to eating smaller portions. All I know is, I DO NOT want to feel that way again.
