So been slipping big time this week. Only 1 workout!!! Ouch!! and I have ate out 2wice! 2 days of more calories in that out.
Double ouch.
This sat was a high sabbath because it was also the day of atonement! Which was great! Its also a day of fasting which honestly was no problem! I loved every min of it. My hubby also decided to order pizza with soda after it was over so I really overate!!I really need to step it up this next week. Planning for 6 days of working out and good healthy eating. Man oh man I hope I havent gained back any weight. Id be happy with a steady after this week. Its time like this where I say forget it. But I have to keep pushing.
I have also been rather pre occupied with searching for cheap land in tx on the internet to purchase this week- which I am finding quite difficult if you dont wanna move to the west texas desert on the mexico border- i dont btw- lol hubby also lost his wallet so we spent a whole day driving around to socialsecurtity office dl office and police station- fun fun that led to the first fast food day bc I was sooo tired!
Oh my... everything inside of me is saying go eat a slice of pizza with chocolate chips on top- can you say fatty mc fat!
