Today was a fabulous food day. I typically get to sleep in on Saturday so I end up skipping a meal which means I can have a little bit more calories on the meals I do eat. I had a fantastic omelet this morning with steak, cheese, mushrooms, tomatoes, and onions. Yummy!!
Tonight I was particularly excited for dinner. My daughter has a friend over so we we cooked Mini Pizza'a. We made them with Pillsbury Grands Homestyle biscuits. They were really tasty. It had been forever since I'd had pizza so I was ready for it. Each pizza was about 250 calories and I had one and a half with a salad.
I was shocked by my weight this morning when I jumped on the scale. This is another reason for me to not weigh myself every morning. I put my scales in my closet so that it isn't a constant reminder. It's hard to imagine that soon (so very soon) I will be back in the 170's. I haven't been that thin in about 3-4 years (maybe even more).
Sometimes it seems like this weight loss thing is kicking my tail and at other times I think it's the other way around. This week, I kicked it's arse.
