Had a good weight loss this week. I really tried to stick to my exercise. I finally found something I find comfortable for my very bad knees and really makes me sweat.... a certain bike at the gym. I am canceling my membership and ordered a bike for home, since they only have one at the gym. The cost pretty much balances out. I also have started a kitty which I contribute to every time I DON"T eat something...For example: the cost of a bag of chips, a cupcake, a bottle of wine, a candy bar etc. I hope to save enough to buy the new clothes for the new me. So far my "stash" is adding up !!
