Changes I have noticed;
1. My collar bones continue to become defined. I haven't seen those suckers in about a year or so.
2. My cheek bones also continue to become more defined. I hadn't realized they were gone until they started showing up again.
3. The roll of fat in my arm pit is gone. It is still "chunky" but there isn't a roll anymore.
4. My back fat is slowly starting to go away. I'm very excited about this one.
5. I don't have angry red marks from my pants.
6. I fit into a size 12 pair of slacks this week.
Another side effect is that my husband is starting to come to the gym more with me which is nice. I think he might have seen my progress and decided he didn't want to be left behind.. I dunno
On another note... I'm thinking it may be time for me to stop weighing myself everyday. I've found myself weighing myself several times a day. It's like I don't even think about it, I just hope on the scale for no reason. I'm comfortable with my eating and exercise habits and my knowledge that I don't believe it is necessary to track daily. I'm going to start not weighing myself every morning next week.

good for you! I love those little things you start noticing... more than the # on the scale it shows you you have made real progress!! Also, I am OBSESSED with my collarbones now showing- love wearing tops that show it off :)

lol, I keep touching my collar bones and my cheeks to feel the hollows. It's hilarious! I'm probably causing huge pimples on my face, lol.

Congrats on all the changes you've noticed!!! Those are some big changes! It's great that your hubby has joined in the fun of the gym with you!

Thanks Nik! I'm trying to make sure that I acknowledge the non-scale victories so that I don't get discouraged if I don't see a loss on the scale.
