Followed program pretty close. Got back to the gym last night and walking 1.5 miles at lunch time helps. Lots of water and exercise is the secret - No scret!
72.4 kg Lost so far: 22.9 kg.    Still to go: 4.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
