I am finally home after a very stressful visit with a friend. I was so tempted to eat, drink soda but I did not! Being accountable to something and thinking that I have to write it down is good for me.

:-) well done for resisting the temptation. I still write everything down, even down to a teaspoon of sauce, you are right it keeps you accountable and also makes you recognise the "little" extras all add up.

I agree I have the app on my phone that syncs with FS its great. I was adding drink sticks sugar free to my water wasn't counting but I do know i add one pack 5 cal nope 5 cal per serving 2 servings in pack only 10 cal but 10 cal is 10 cals keep it up
