WhooHoo! Are you sticking to your plan? When I first started back in January, it took about 3 weeks of really dedicated discipline to purge my system of all the bad stuff. I.e., sugar, preservatives, chemicals, wheat products, and manufactured foods. With > 100 pounds to lose it seemed overwhelming to me...those 3 weeks I did a lot of soul searching and digging to get through it...Four months later, voila...42 pounds gone. Good luck Hoosier436, you are not alone in your efforts. 👊
