Bad day yesterday. Felt under the weather and tired. Work was very busy which didn't help. Came home and ordered fat fast food. It seems I can start out so well right after a WW meeting and then blow it later on in the week. Maybe I should go to 2 meetimgs a week.

Every day is a new day - get out your booklet and read through it - you would be surprised how much great info is in there, and as my mom said: even if you only follow the plan half the time, you will still lose weight! I guess as long as you don't counteract it the rest of the days... Maybe twice a week would work too. Good luck!
