I must be tough on myself. When overweight, my health is a stake. So, why don't I be more determined? My goal is to try harder and reap the rewards.

Hey, I completely understand your frustration. You can do it. Nothing that we want is easy to come by. Like my dad told me, "honey, you didn't put the weight on overnight so just work at, I know you can do it". You can do this. I got faith in you!!
