Boxing yesterday, Cardio class tonight, WOW am I sore! Hurts so GOOD!
Back to weights this week, im going to take tomorrow off and rest. My body needs it! Got some good tips on proper runing form, hope that helps the back pain...
My sons 10th birthday this week, my Step mums is today, my hubbys 40th is next week. I will keep on track and just say no to CAKE lol

Sounds like you have some great workouts going on. I had been wanting to do a class but my gym doesn't really offer any good ones.
