Unseasonably high, record setting temperatures here is the lower mainland of British Columbia. The warmer temperatures has made me crave more fluid, so I have been drinking tons more water. You'd think that would make me pee more often, but, alas... it did not. And, I was up a few ounces this morning ( thank goodness, not weigh in day! ) I am supposing that my body needs this extra fluid and will release when it feels like its got what it needs.
My vegetable intake has also increased in this warmer weather. You'd think that would make a difference in my digestive system as well.. nope... my body hates me!
