I just took a delivery of wool fibre today. I had 41 kilos. It arrived in a surprisingly small box... I had three 10 kilo packs, and a five kilo, and some two kilo bags.
Yeah, right.... yawn! And why I am I talking fluff on a diet site anyway? Inappropriate, right?
I first lifted the 5 kilo bag out of the box. Coo - it was surprisingly heavy. The I took a 10 kilo bag. Oh my word!! that was heavy!!
It got me a-thinkin'. I have lost 15 kilos that I know of, in the last year and a quarter. That means at Jan 2015 I was toting round the equivalent of those heavy bags with every step I took, every move I made. Sure, I had a bad back - what's the surprise there.....
And I have another 7 or so to go. Picking up a five kilo and a two kilo bag - cripes. Really??
Wow.
There's incentive.
Still, I will keep on track on go s-l-o-w-l-y. Give my skin chance to keep up perhaps? My average seems to be around a kilo a month, suits me.
