SABOTAGELESS's Journal, 18 Apr 16

So while I'm disappointed in my weight loss there has been some positive avenues to the challenge with my daughter and I. We walked for 30 minutes on Saturday. We did a 30 min. work out yesterday and we have been motivation for one another. She lost 2 1/2 lbs. so she's on her way to succeeding in her goal to fit into her dress. I started off the week decent but once the weekend hit that Chinese food of ribs and white rice was a no no. And while I had been drinking lemon water and seltzer all week I was mixing a little grape juice with my seltzer until as time went on there was more grape juice than seltzer. siiiggghhh. But I keep on keeping on and I give myself credit for not eating burgers, fries, chips n dip, coffee, and the biggest succees of all no alcohol for a week and my children are STILL alive. hahahaha. BE BLESSED ALL!

Great attitude! Weight loss isn't all about the scale. It's also about all the important positive changes we are making. Sometimes it takes time for the scale to catch up.
