It seems that my weight is dropping rather quickly. I have been eating and my birthday was yesterday, I didn't deprive myself of any thing that I wanted to eat. My personal challenge that I set for myself in the month of October is to walk my age in miles twice. I walked 8 miles this weekend. I have 100 miles more to go -

Thanks! I know this isn't typical. And there will be a day when I'll be stuck on a weight that I don't want to be stuck at. But I'll take it when I can get it!
