Today was the first day of "Bootcamp" exercise program. We will meet for an hour, 3 days a week. I am up and leaving my house by 4:45. Starts at 5:15 am. I get to the lake where we meet by 5 am and walk to warm up some before the trainer arrives and starts the real workout at 5:15. This morning was just sign in. They weighed and measured us, then we used the little handheld machine for measuring internal body fat index (depressing). Tomorrow will be our first true 1 hour workout. The program is for 4 weeks. I am hoping by having to go somewhere other than the comfort of my house, plus to have people to be accountable to, that this will work for me. My goal will be on Wednesday and Friday to do a home workout of some type whether is be 30 day Shred, walk, etc. We have done some day 1 exercises, having to log in the total we were able to do in one minute. On the last day of the program, we will do them again, weigh, and measure and compare to today's information.

Wow ... you are back!!! Good luck!!! Sounds grueling. If that doesn't kick your rear into gear I don't know what will!! You'll do great ... take one day at a time, be good to yourself ... and welcome back!!
