I have been out for a while but now I'm back. I walked this morning for an hour and I am feeling pretty good now.
Debbie is feeling better. She says her dr. told her to take it easy for a while but after a week or so she said she was feeling depressed by not walking. So she is going to start off slow to make sure she doesn't hurt herself. I am so glad she is walking with me again. I really did miss her. :)
Not sure what I will be doing today. I have alot on my agenda. I am in need of a new roof so hopefully I can get a few estaments before signing anything.

I'm so glad to hear your friend is doing better and can walk with you again (even at a slower pace). I know walking with someone is so much more fun than doing it on your own!
