only one spike day this week, for my friends birthday! Pretty proud that its almost been a month and Ive kept it up! And i lost the 8 pounds i targeted for September ( started 1 week into sept). Sometimes I can get discoraged because Im not loosing 4lbs a week, like i usualy do, but it becuase im not starving myslef & when I really have a craving I go ahead and take that day as a spike day and instead of getting deppressedabout it and giving up I have got back on track the next day. Maybe... just maybe this is possible!
