Well today was a good day!!! I stepped on the scale and so far since Monday lost 5 pounds. YAY ME!! I know I ate good cuz I went over my RDI every single day. My calories didn't come from Chocolate or cakes every day which is a good thing. I am drinking my 2L of water as of yesterday. This leaves me a lot of exercise times running to the bathroom.

I wonder how many calories I was eating before...hmmmmmmmmmm Best leave that in the past. haha

I went shopping this morning at Wal~Mart and got a vision of beauty all that Halloween candy.. YUM!! I walked right past. Sure I drooled a lil and my tummy gurgled for it but I did well by walking by. I usually pick up a few bags of the mini bars as soon as I see them. Not today. I'm pretty proud of myself :)(Now I won't have to fight Yasmine for a chocky bar) :)

We also went to the farmers market and OH BOY Mr. Sausage looked mighty good (I usually get one or two huge sausages). I picked up hubby's HOT sausages to take home and went on my merry way. I wonder if they're gonna start thinking I'm snubbing them. hehe

I'm trying so hard to develop some good habits. It's hard, it always has been. I was always the "chunky one" in my family. My mother said to me yesterday "What's your goal?" I said "To be one pound lighter then my sister" lol I was joking of course or was I? haha

Sibling Rivalry! We still have it after 33 yrs together. I was the smart one and she was the skinny pretty one. I don't wanna give up my "smarts" but I'd love to give her a run for her money in the looks department. haha

We love each other but we were always competitive.
Who has more pimples? I always won Skin like a baby's butt lol
Who has the bigger house? Who has the bigger shoes? Who is taller? We've even argued over who was MORE BROKE at one time... lol
Yes Family holidays are so much fun!!!! lol

Maybe one day I can steal her clothes. :)

Okay another long winded entry. I know no other.. haha

LOL!!! I bet holidays at your house are a blast!! Congrats on a great launch this week with weight loss. New habits do take time. I'm sure you will get there ... just remember to be kind to yourself in the process!!

Thanks Moose. Holidays at our house are uhmmmmmmm INTERESTING to say the least. There's me and my sister, My niece who is 18 and 85% deaf and refuses to wear a hearing aid so everyone's yelling, My 16 yr nephew who thinks he's a gangster rapper, two kids with ADHD and the list goes on and on.. LOL It's fun :)

Tania - sounds like my dad's house at christmas...lol...looks like you made great inroads this week and a 5pd loss is great.

Thanks Veggie, I'm pretty proud of myself :) And that is only at my mothers house!! My dad's house was a chaotic mess also. My dad had 8 of us kids and then all of our children. Gotta love separated parents.

Awesome job on the weight loss and the willpower! I think a lot of people have families like that. As they say, "You can pick your friends, but not your family". Or whatever that saying is LOL.
