are you using a scale for those measurements? if that is the case i dont find that method very accurate as it depends on how much water you have in your bod. check your measurements, have a large glass of water, check again in about 10min and im sure you will see different results.

Those scales that give you body fat and muscle percentage and never accurate. Tanya is 100% correct that those scales are affected by the amount of water you have in your body and that causes the measurements to become inaccurate. Rather get somebody to measure your body fat using the calipers.
