I really wanted to see what 120 lbs would look and feel like but it's harder to get there than I expected and I don't want to get extreme in my behaviors. I want it to be livable and natural not obsessive feeling. Really maintaining anywhere between 120 - 125 would be awesome. So I'll keep the same goals as last week. Try for mini Exercise sessions 3x a day and weights every other day as soreness allows. Try to hit in the low 30 pts a day and just pay attention to the mind games, make sure I'm listening to the right voices in my head - the one's that want health and the best long term outcome.
