You have to be pretty much iron-proof your first six months, particularly if you start @ >400lbs.

The only way I could stick with it in the beginning was to be obsessive with weighing my food, portion sizes and staying under my rdi. Also tracking every morsel of food I ate.

So, you caught yourself and recovered quickly. Good job! Great self-analysis of your choices/behavior, great honesty, great job being accountable to others and yourself here, and great job making a plan for the future. I continue to be so incredibly impressed by your determination. You've had a lot of loss and pain in your life, and it must be so hard to make such huge life changes now. You are doing such an amazing job. I hope you inspire yourself as much as you inspire me.

You are forgiven for falling, and I am rejoicing that you are getting up and you are trying again. You are an amazing person and I am praying for you. There is in condemnation in Christ nor here. Here we support each other! You can do this one minute at a time, you will overcome your love hate relationship with food. I have the same problem as you know, and you are so right it is not easy but excruciating and tormenting to have your body long for something you know you shouldn't eat or drink. You will conquer your cravings!
