The meeting today was great. Jeff got an award for loosing 75 pounds. He upped his exercise and and switched to fruits from sugar treats. 75 pounds could be 3 Thanksiving turkeys! Carol lost 32 pounds and kept it off for 6 weeks..the shocking part is that she works at the Cheese Cake Factory. They were very motivatonal. Hope I can keep them in my thoghts this week. We also talked about.....How often do I eat?...What do I eat?.....How much do I eat?..also getting ready for Thanksgiving.
