Oh just easier for me to keep track using shorthand. D Nnts is days of no night time snacking. MiniE, is mini exercise sessions, so I did one for 15 minutes, then a second that day for 15 minutes. (So far just a wall squat, then up and down the stairs) I'm trying to get to 3 sessions a day but funny how I can't fit it in yet! In theory if I get into the habit of 3 mini sessions, I coukd then just add on time. Soon it could add up to 45 - 60 min a day and it'd be built into the day. All theory so we'll see if this pans out...
