Yay! Getting up and getting active feels great. Went for a 1/2 hour sustained fast jog this morning. It didn't feel like torture, and sitting here - I feel absolutely great.
I guess all this 'journal-ing' is really helping to keep me Motivated :-) I know it's important to kick this metabolism into high gear. Diet changes can make it slow down and that's the last thing I want!
