Gotta say that I am proud of myself for sticking to a workout plan. I even managed to go over the weekend. I am now up to 30 minutes on the arc trainer. Considering I started out only able to do 5 minutes. It burns more calories than the treadmill or the bike! I get a minimum of 30 minutes of cardio a day now, and on alternate days I try to get 45-60 minutes. I am hoping that I will start to see some real results soon. I do need to kick up my eating habits tho.

I feel better than I have in years, and I contribute that to finally taking time for me. As a mother you know that it has always been about everyone else. But then I realized that I don't have little kids anymore. My youngest is 19 and away at college. Why am I still using them as an excuse? Well guess what? NO MORE! If you are hungry and can't wait for me, then make it yourself. Do your own laundry! I have clean clothes. I really don't care if you have to turn your underwear inside out in order to have something half way clean to where. It is time you learned!
