Day 35 of 60.
So, just to shake things up a bit, I decided to fast today. It's funny, I didn't ingest a single calorie today, but I'm feeling less hunger than I did yesterday after taking in 2200 calories. I'm hoping that by fasting, I'll reset my appetite and not crave food the way I have the past couple of days. And, I'm letting my body know to stop asking for more food, because things could be a lot worse. We'll see if it does any good when I get back to eating tomorrow.

The 60 days is that a challenge you set for yourself?

@erica96, Not exactly a challenge. I figured that after the disruption of summer vacation and our school's intensive course, I had about 60 days with no obvious conflicts that I could use to get serious about my diet. Then comes our school's Halloween parties, which are always a challenge -- way too many snacking opportunities. So, anyway, I decided to journal the 60 days just to keep myself on track. It hasn't been as smooth as I had envisioned, but I'm still at it.

Oh ok. That is a good idea....holidays are the worst, I always have 2 huge bags of candy after trick-or-treating with my kids that is soooo tempting lol.
