trying to stick to a diet while on holiday was so difficult. I was devastated when I got back and weighed in... Guess there is no other choice but to get back on that horse. and start from the beginning.

Most people struggle during the holidays...so don't be too hard on yourself. Look at it as a learning experience...next time its holidays you will know how to limit the damage/weight gain... You are only human, kudos to you for getting back on that horse. You can do it!!
